Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. In this document, the validity of the 1879 settlement has been confirmed.

Settlement, 1884
Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of the late Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, settled a piece of land and a garden with Muhammad Karim Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, son of Haji Muhammad Tahir, and Muhammad Ibrahim after giving the share of Muhammad Ibrahim's wife, according to their marriage contract. Based on the current settlement, the above property is being transferred to Haji Muhammad Baqir's sons, Muhammad Ibrahim and ʻAli Akbar in exchange for one hundred and eighty tumans.

The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. On March 18, 1868, Jan Jan Khanum settled her inherited properties with children of the late Fath‘ali, with two-thirds going to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali and one-third going to Baygum Jan Khanum, in exchange for four hundred and twenty tumans; one hundred dinars was set for the detriment clause.
